SHIPPING 

We are committed to giving you the best customer service experience by providing you with the best products within a timely manner. Your order will be processed within 48 hours. Our standard shipping is 2 to 3 business days for delivery. If you purchase during a sale, please allow a shipping time of 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Due to Covid-19 shipping time is now 7-10 business days. When booking your hair appointment, please keep in mind these time frames. We do offer expedited delivery service at an additional cost if you need your hair next day. Next day orders need to be received by 1pm the previous day to ship out the same day. Shipping is not available on weekends and holidays. Saturday shipping is only available for our HD wigs.

RETURNS

Once your order has been processed and shipped we do not give refunds only store credit. To initiate a return for store credit your order must be returned in the same condition in which you received your order.
